You can order a car with a driver to take you wherever you need within Ukraine. You can pay either per kilometer or hour/day. The distance rate is $0.60 a km (gas and some other costs included), the time rate is the same as that of the interpreter. In fact, you can have an interpreter who will be also your driver; in this case you will have to put up with the fact that he will not always be able to translate while driving. However, the rate will be lower than the total of an interpreter and driver, so you can save on it.
